Both the Boston Red Sox and Houston Astros made quick work of their opponents in the ALDS and punched their respective tickets to the American League Championship Series. Boston and Houston finished first and second in the MLB standings during the regular season, and now they’ll duke it out for an opportunity to represent the American League in the World Series beginning with Game 1 on Saturday at 8:09 PM ET.

After toppling the mighty New York Yankees 4-3 Tuesday night to close out the series, Boston will have three days to prepare for the Astros. The ALCS is a rematch of last year’s ALDS, a series in which Houston defeated the Red Sox easily in four games. Now with home field advantage and the best offense in baseball during the regular season, Boston is expected to give the defending champs a run for their money.

Houston has been waiting since Monday to find out who their opponents will be. While the Astros lost four of seven games to the Red Sox during the regular season, Houston seems to have found their playoff magic once again after running away with the ALDS against Cleveland. Saturday is the first game of what will likely be a long series between these two juggernauts, so don’t miss a pitch of the ALCS.
