1. I paid for the service, why can't I sign in?

You may not have completed your registration. After completing your purchase on the Paypal site, did you wait to be redirected back to our site to complete registration? If your answer is no, then here's what you need to do.

You were sent an email with the receipt of your purchase. At the bottom of the email are the instructions and a link on how to finalize your registration.

Follow the link, enter the email and password you set up already, then you'll be prompted to enter your Order ID to finalize. You're in baby! Get$$Yo!


2. I'm having trouble finalizing my registration. What do I do?

Are you using a smart phone for the purchase and registration process? There are some known issues with certain smart phone / browser combinations. We're working on them.

In the meantime, user a laptop or desktop computer to finalize your registration.

3. Can I switch between 'cappers?

Unfortunately, no. Once your membership runs out, you can switch to any other handicapper you'd like. Or you can add as many other handicappers to your membership at any point!


4. How do I know when Moves are posted on the site?

Follow the handicapper whose subscription your purchased on Twitter. They'll let you know when moves have been posted.

If you want to be notified even sooner, make sure to get a Combo Plan. It give you Text Notifications + Sign-In access to the website as a backup.


5. How long before I receive my first text?

It can take up to an hour to get your number in the system. Then, it's up to when your handicapper sends out a Move. Be patient. It'll happen!!!


6. I have a Basic Plan but I want a Combo Plan now. Can I upgrade?

You can upgrade from a Basic Plan to a Combo Plan, but only for the same handicapper. One thing to keep in mind though is that you original expiration date still stands! Contact the Webmaster and he'll tell you to do.


7. I have a new mobile number. How do I change it on my text plan?

Just send it to us in an email!


8. I'm not receiving text messages. What can I do?

Please make sure to text the word 'subscribe' to this number; 7606703130 . It will put you on the "OK to text list.
